What is the active ingredient in Thymox Botanical Disinfectant?

Is Thymox Botanical Disinfectant registrered and approved by Health Canada?

Yes, Thymox is approved by Health Canada as a multi-surface disinfectant (and now Registered Biocide) for use in health care, restorative cleaning, residential, commercial and industrial settings for killing 99.99% of germs, bacteria, viruses, fungi and molds.

Are UnStink products better than Benefect products for fire, soot, flood, sewage and trauma losses?

We think so!  And our many customers in restoration cleaning think so too!

UnStink and Benefect products are share similar traits and claims, however UnStink products are 100% Canadian made and are also less expensive to use.

 

Does Thymox Botanical Disinfectant require special precautions or personal protective equipment (PPE) for use?

No.

 

Why is there a white foam that forms when I apply Bio Destroyer onto some surfaces?

Congratulations!  If you see a white foam that means you have located the problem area and that Bio Destroyer is actively attacking the source of the odour.  Don’t wipe it away, just let Bio Destroyer do its job of destroying the source of the stink.

 

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

We are a small family-owned company.  We make our product in small batches, and work hard to fill orders promptly.  We aim to fill orders within a few days and send them out promptly.  Depending on how far away you are from our shop in Uxbridge, Ontario will determine how fast the courier will deliver.  Please monitor your shipment with your tracking number provided.
