Refund policy

Since all UnStink products are considered consumable and perishable, our policy is that all sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your items have been damaged in transit, contact us at UnStinkCanada@gmail.com.  We will give you instructions on how to return products.  You will need to pay for shipping back to us.

  1. We will only accept unopened products
  2. We will only accept unused products
  3. We will only accept products that were damaged in transit to you
  4. If, after inspection, we determine that the damage was caused by the courier, and that products are sealed and unused, we can proceed to the replacement stage.

Inspection and Replacement
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, your original order will be re-sent to you within 10 business days. The shipping charges you incurred returning the product to us are non-refundable. .
